1. 发行人及联系
Mini Bread 由个人开发者李凯（别名 Kaka）提供，并非公司产品。
许可、支持、隐私及源码请求：5699kaka@gmail.com。
本协议适用于 Mini Bread 自有代码，不替代 Adobe、操作系统或第三方组件协议。

2. 使用许可
在合法取得软件并遵守适用许可的前提下，发行人授予非独占使用权，用于
After Effects 工作流程及个人或商业作品。付费、试用、席位及期限以交付时
明确提供且被接受的订单/许可条件为准；本文件不虚构已购买的席位或期限。
本地审阅包不表示已在任何应用市场获批或已取得正式商业分发许可。
未经授权不得销售或再分发 Mini Bread 的专有部分、冒充发行人或移除应保留
的权利声明。法律允许的互操作、安全研究及下述开源权利不受此限制。

3. 第三方与开源组件优先
第三方组件属于各自权利人，按 licenses/ 中对应许可证提供；其许可证对该
组件优先于本协议。适用 GPL 的程序及其对应源码可按 GPL 使用、复制、修改、
再分发和逆向分析；不得用本协议、付费激活或保密条款收回这些权利。
SOURCE_OFFER.txt 说明匹配源码及既有书面提供承诺。本协议不要求支付额外
许可费才能行使开源许可证已授予的权利。Adobe SDK 本身不因此成为开源软件。

4. 用户内容
用户保留其合成、素材、输入及输出作品的权利；使用 Mini Bread 不向发行人
转让这些权利。用户应确保其素材、字体、音频及交付用途具有所需许可。
本软件不授予第三方品牌、素材或编解码器专利的额外许可。

5. 数据与安装
本地数据、保留及删除方式见 PRIVACY.txt；原生组件的额外安装位置、权限、
重启及卸载方式见 INSTALL-UNINSTALL.txt。反馈中仅提交愿意分享的数据。

6. 支持、质量与责任
请通过上述邮箱联系支持。导出依赖 AE、系统编码框架、用户素材和设备。
应保留工程备份并检查重要交付；不承诺所有 AE 版本、格式档位或平台审核
均可通过。在法律允许范围内，软件按现状提供，不作未明确承诺的保证。
任何责任限制均不排除不可排除的消费者权利、依法必须承担的责任，或法律
不允许限制的故意/重大过失责任。本协议不缩减适用法律或订单明确提供的
退款、修复或其他救济权利，也不规定自动续费或强制仲裁。

7. 终止与更新
严重违反专有部分许可时，发行人可依法要求停止相应使用；第三方开源权利
仅按其自身许可证判断。卸载不删除用户导出的作品。更新不追溯撤销已授予
的开源权利；重大条款变化应在采用更新前告知，而非仅修改本地文本。

1. Licensor and contact
Mini Bread is provided by individual developer 李凯 (Li Kai), also known as Kaka,
not by a company. Licensing, support, privacy and source requests:
5699kaka@gmail.com. This agreement covers the developer's own code and does
not replace Adobe, operating-system or third-party component terms.

2. License
For a lawfully obtained copy, the licensor grants a non-exclusive right to use
Mini Bread in After Effects workflows for personal and commercial creative work,
subject to applicable licenses. Paid/trial status, seats and duration are those
expressly supplied and accepted with the delivery/order, not invented here.
A local review delivery is not marketplace approval or commercial clearance.
Do not sell or redistribute proprietary portions without permission, impersonate
the licensor, or remove required notices. Statutory interoperability/security
research rights and the open-source rights below are not restricted.

3. Open-source and third-party rights
Each component remains its owner's work and is supplied under its applicable
license in licenses/. Those terms take precedence for that component. GPL
programs and corresponding source may be used, copied, modified, redistributed
and reverse-engineered as permitted by the GPL. This agreement, activation or
confidentiality terms do not override those rights or impose additional license
fees to exercise them. See SOURCE_OFFER.txt for matching source and retained
offers. This does not make the Adobe SDK open source.

4. Content
Users retain rights to their compositions, assets, inputs and output. Use does
not transfer those rights to the licensor. Users are responsible for required
asset, font, audio and intended-use permissions. No additional third-party
trademark, content or codec patent license is granted by this agreement.

5. Data and installation
See PRIVACY.txt for local data/retention/deletion and INSTALL-UNINSTALL.txt for
native installation locations, permissions, restart and removal. Share only
information you intend to provide when requesting support.

6. Support and liability
Contact the email above for support. Results depend on AE, OS frameworks,
content and hardware. Keep backups and check important deliveries. Universal
compatibility or platform acceptance is not promised. To the extent permitted
by law, software is provided as-is without additional implied warranties.
Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights, non-excludable liability or remedies
required by law or expressly provided with an order. No automatic subscription
renewal or mandatory arbitration is imposed here.

7. Termination and updates
For a material breach of proprietary license terms, cessation may be requested
as permitted by law. Open-source rights are governed only by their own licenses.
Uninstalling does not delete exported creative work. Updates do not revoke
existing open-source rights. Material changes must be disclosed before adoption.

Both language versions are provided for accessibility. Mandatory local law and
non-waivable consumer protections prevail over conflicting wording.
